Do you like to give little token gifts?
Perhaps just a little something that says Thank You at Christmas. . .
Maybe it is the hairdresser who gives great service. . . or the friendly lady at the local store. . .
Or maybe it is a simple gift of ‘joy’ for a lonely neighbour.
Or. . . maybe like me, you want that little something special for each place setting at a dinner party.
A pretty little Christmas gift box that bursts open to reveal. . .
. . . 3 or 4 exquisite chocolate balls!!
If you like to give little token gifts. . .
I have the easiest, quickest and dare I say, prettiest wrapping ever!
It’s the pyramid box.
Each box takes just a couple of minutes to construct . . . no glue required.
Simply print, cut, score and fold!!
And you have yourself a fancy schmancy gift box that’s sure to impress.
All you need to do is print off my wrapping paper download onto a piece of cardstock. . . any colour. . . I chose white for a touch of elegance at my Christmas table.
Then you will need my box template from HERE.
You can either print it onto the reverse side of your card. . . or as I did, simply mark the inside square and the box outline with pencil so no lines are obvious inside your box.
Then you cut the box out around the perimeter line.
Score the lines. . . fold it up . . . and then crease the score lines to produce sharp edges.
Use a small hole punch to make a hole near the tip of each outer point. . . thread some pretty ribbon though the holes.
Fill the pyramid box with something delicious and sweet. . . and tie it up.
I added a dainty rhinestone button to the bow for a touch of bling for my dinner party pyramid boxes. . . but you could add a handmade tag, a small Christmas decoration or maybe a sprig of holly.
Are they not the cutest little gift boxes!!
I’m sharing my pretty pyramid gift boxes at this week’s link parties and with these friends: French Country Cottage, The Vintage Farmhouse, 36th Avenue, Clean and Scentsible, Live Laugh Rowe, The DIY Dreamer, Transformation Thursday, At The Picket Fence, Nifty Thrifty Sunday and Tutorials & Tips Link party.
